About the Position: Works under the supervision of DOIM operations & systems Division manager. MAJOR DUTIES:

Receives customer calls for technical support on automation, communications, and copier equipment. Initiates work orders and inputs required data with detailed explanations of the problems being reported, and notifies the appropriate technical team based on the area they support. Identifies calls that require emergency or immediate support. Sets suspense and follows up to ensure appropriate actions have been taken and updates the database. Provides backup support for warranty actions or computer repairs. Maintains warranty and transaction log.
