General Schedule Below are minimum qualifications for this position. A.Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in the behavioral or social sciences, or a related discipline appropriate to the position; or B.Combination of education and experience--that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field; C.Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. The quality of the combination of education and experience must be sufficient to demonstrate that the applicant possesses the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform work in the occupation, and is comparable to that normally acquired through the successful completion of a full 4-year course of study with a major in the appropriate field. In addition to courses in the major and related fields, a typical college degree would have included courses that involved analysis, writing, critical thinking, research, etc. These courses would have provided an applicant with skills and abilities sufficient to perform progressively more responsible work in the occupation. Therefore, creditable experience should have demonstrated similarly appropriate skills or abilities needed to perform the work of the occupation. In addition to meeting the basic minimum qualifications criteria, applicants must also possess at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-7 grade level or comparable. EUJJ08439273 Information Referral & Follow Up Program Manager Additional Duty Location Info:1 vacancy - Hohenfels, Germany MAJOR DUTIES: BackToTop(); You will plan, develop, implement and administer the ACS installation /activity Information, Referral, and Follow-up Program, providing an integrated system of service delivery which links clients with available and appropriate resources at the lowest cost and without duplication of effort. Establish and maintain an extensive and current file of information on local public, private and voluntary service agencies and organizations. Assist in developing and executing short and long term marketing objectives and plans for ACS. Develop and coordinate assessments to identify customer needs. Recommend marketing strategies to ACS Program managers that would integrate ACS activities and services to better meet the needs and interests of the targeted population. Coordinate, develop and produce a wide variety of marketing and advertising products and services to support the established marketing and media plans. Provide crisis intervention.
