General Schedule SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11. Specialized experience is defined as experience in quantitative budgetary and financial relationships between the mission, analytical methods such as cost-benefit analysis, decision theory, planning-programming-budgeting, conducting studies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work operations. SWH808444637 Management Analyst Additional Duty Location Info:1 vacancy - VA - Fairfax, Ft Belvoir, Manassas MAJOR DUTIES: BackToTop(); Incumbent serves as a staff specialist for DCMA Virginia?s Enterprise Support Group and is the Performance Improvement Officer (PIO), the Control Panel Manager/Metrics Manager, the primary focal point for the organization?s Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and the point of contact for ETools applications and the organization?s Knowledge Management Enterprise Portal. This position is responsible for coordinating, planning, auditing, and evaluating activities for the CMO and assuring that the periodic CMO Performance Reviews are accomplished for the organization. Performs analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency of Government programs and operations.
