Applicants must meet the following requirements at the entry level: One (1) year of experience directly related to the occupation, or 4 years of higher education above high school, or a combination of experience and education. SCBK08236740D Project Support Assistant (OA) Additional Duty Location Info:1 vacancy - AL - Huntsville MAJOR DUTIES: BackToTop(); The incumbent serves in a developmental capacity and work assignments are designed to introduce the incumbent to the full range of duties and responsibilities. As such, the incumbent serves as the point of contact and assists Project Managers for matters relating to the database management and input procedures for financial, schedule, and work breakdown structures. Serves as the liaison with subject matter experts on administrative functions, operations, and directives. Collects data for the division operating budget; sets up controls to monitor assigned projects, and recommends budget adjustments. Supports current users and trains new personnel on the basic use and requirements of the scheduling and financial management database. Utilizes word processing and other types of software to process and produce a wide range of documents and reports in support of the mission.
