WTHE08429196D Mail & File Clerk Additional Duty Location Info:1 vacancy - OR - Throughout Oregon MAJOR DUTIES: BackToTop(); Knowledge of postal regulations, security regulations, and other administrative regulations applicable to processing classified and unclassified mail. Knowledge of organizational supply and publications regulations and catalogs to enable employee to requisition new or replenishment stock of office supplies, publications, and blank forms. Requires a government driver's license. Performs operator maintenance on copying equipment, and audio/visual equipment. Must be able to walk and stand while sorting for long periods of time whike routing mail, maintaining reference library, and in stocking and maintaining supply room and blank forms stock. Must be able to lift and carry of moderately heavy packages, boxes, bags, etc. Requires frequent travel between the 13 projects within the Willamette Valley to keep order and maintenance of all files. Must possess a valid Oregon state drivers license
