NIAID-08-238267-MP Secretary (OA) - NIAID QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: One year of Specialized Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Examples of specialized experience may include the application of various administrative and program support functions; advising senior staff members inside and outside of an organization on internal and external policies and procedures; assisting in the formulation and execution of a budget process; and/or establishing priorities and deadlines in organizing the administrative functions of an office. Time in grade and all other requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. This position is subject to a background investigation.
