General Schedule Candidates for this position must identfy in their resume that they possess one year of specialized experience. This one year of experience must have been equivalent to the next lower level and demonstrate a knowledge of the specific policies, procedures and processes involved in controlling the flow of work order requests as well as knowledge of computer hardware/software in order to enter and retrieve information pertaining to work orders. Practical knowledge and ability to use graphic equipment is also required in order to explain, demonstrate and assist self help customers in the use of various chart making, lettering and laminating equipment.The experience described in your resume will be evaluated and screened for the Office of Personnel Management's basic qualifications requirements, and the skills needed to perform the duties of this position as described in this vacancy announcement.Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must meet the Time in Grade Restriction.Education can be substituted for experience. Receive, process and control work orders. Reviews work orders and confirms arrangements/directions, e.g. pickup photographer, time and other like information, as stated on work order. Schedule use of Self Help area.
